If you’re on an iPad, don’t update to 1.0.4. Somehow the nibs get confused and it won’t open. The good news is that I’m making the app universal (it’ll have an iPad version that natively uses the entire screen). The bad news is I’m making the app universal. It’ll take me a few more days to get the iPad version working. I’ll post up as soon as I submit it to Apple.

iPhone/iPod Touch users don’t need to worry about anything. It runs just fine on those devices.

Radio Controlled Rock Crawling v1.0.4 is now available in the app store. It has:

  • Scale Scoring
  • Improved UI that includes nav bars instead of ugly buttons
  • A fix for the 4.X firmware version where the screen wouldn’t scroll up enough to save the points editing screen

If you have any problems, please e-mail me at iphone at radiocontrolledrockcrawling dot com.

Let’s Try This Again

I fixed the code Apple didn’t like for iOS 5.1 and resubmitted it to Apple. Hopefully it doesn’t break anything for older versions…

Delay Again for iOS

March 28, 2012

Apple didn’t like a piece of code and how it interacts in iOS 5.1 so I have to rewrite part of the app and then resubmit it. Sorry about that.

I just have to put the negative sign on the keyboard and I’ll be uploading the iOS version to Apple. Here is a screen shot of the scale scoring screen. I’ll clean it up a bit more before the actual release.

The iPhone version 1.0.3 is finally ready to download in the App Store. If you find any problems please e-mail me or post up on RCCrawler. Thanks!
